To say she exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Fay arrived when she said, serviced the boiler, dealt with other things and charged what had been agreed. What a super lady.
We wouldn't use anyone else for our boiler service and repairs. Even in an emergency if Fay can't come straight out she talks you through what to do. We have had ours repaired this week whilst on holiday, we trusted Fay to have a house key and alarm code so she could fix it for us.
